Floor sanding
Dust-controlled sanding for softwood and hardwood floors. Gap filling and edge sanding included. We level out scratches, old finish and uneven boards so your floor is ready for a fresh new look.
Staining & finishes
Range of tones with sample patches to choose from. Durable lacquers or natural oils for long-lasting results. We’ll help you pick a colour and sheen that suits your light, furniture and how you use the room.
Repairs
From pet stains to damaged boards: replacements, levelling, and refinishing for domestic and light commercial projects. We aim to blend repairs into the existing floor, so problem areas look like they were never there.
Insulation
Warmer rooms and quieter floors. We install underfloor insulation and acoustics where accessible, then refit boards cleanly. Perfect for draughty period homes that need extra comfort without changing the character of the space.
Parquet
We lift loose blocks, clean the bed, and reglue with modern adhesives, then sand and blend so repairs disappear. Ideal if your parquet is lifting, creaking or patchy but you’d like to keep the original pattern.

Supply & fitting of solid hardwood and engineered boards. Subfloor prep, professional layout, and ready for finishing. We plan board direction, expansion gaps and thresholds so the new floor looks intentional from day one.

A few common questions about dust, drying times and how the work is carried out.
We use modern HEPA extractors and mask doorways/vents. Dust is kept to a minimum and we tidy before we leave.
Usually after 2–3 hours in socks. Light use the next day; full cure is 3–4 days depending on the product.
Oils look warm and are easy to spot-repair. Lacquers are tougher overall and need less maintenance. We’ll suggest the best match for traffic and look.
We can help with lighter items. Please arrange heavy pieces and empty rooms as much as possible—ask if you need a moving option.
Yes—gap filling, slivers, loose parquet blocks, and board replacements. We blend repairs to match the surrounding floor.
Most rooms are 1–2 days. Larger homes, staining, or repairs can add time—we’ll confirm in the quote.
We use low-odour, low-VOC products wherever possible. Keep windows slightly open during curing for best results.
Weekdays as standard; Weekends, Bank holidays and Night slots are available on request. We’ll plan around access and building rules.
